Precautions:
1. Operators must strictly follow safety regulations and adhere to relevant electrical safety and usage regulations. They must be equipped with necessary electrical safety tools.
2. When troubleshooting, electrical technicians must disconnect the power supply to the inverter cabinet for 10 minutes. This is because the inverter core contains a large amount of capacitors that need to be fully discharged. Exceeding this limit could result in electric shock.
3. Never plug or unplug the vibrator's 16A industrial plug while the inverter is running. Because the inverter uses a soft starter, connecting the vibrator during operation will generate very high torque and torque, potentially damaging it. Furthermore, excessive inrush current can easily cause breakdown of the inverter's rectifier bridge, resulting in an explosion.
