Vibrator Bolt Fixing

High-Frequency Vibrator Applications:
High-frequency vibrators are primarily used in the prefabrication of large concrete components, such as highway, railway, and bridge girders, and culvert concrete components, particularly T-shaped simply supported beams and I-beams.
Use, Maintenance, and Repair of High-Frequency Vibrators
1. Before use, the high-frequency vibrator should be inspected for insulation. Use a 500-volt megohmmeter to check the motor windings and ground insulation. The value must be no less than 2 megohms. Otherwise, the vibrator should be dried in a constant temperature oven at 120°C.
2. Before use, inspect the high-frequency vibrator for loose screws. Only test the vibrator after confirming that all screws are in place. When testing the high-frequency vibrator, it must be placed on a soft surface, testing on concrete floors is not permitted.
3. Attached vibrators must only be installed horizontally, never at an angle to the horizontal on the formwork.
4. After connecting the attached vibration motor leads to the cable, secure them to the motor's handle to prevent the high-frequency vibrator from pushing or pulling on the cable during vibration, potentially breaking the motor leads and causing phase loss and motor burnout.

5. If any loose bolts are found during operation, tighten them immediately to prevent water and moisture from entering the motor.
6. While using the high-frequency vibrator, regularly check the power supply circuit and ensure proper contact between the socket and plug.
7. After use, the attached high-frequency vibrator must be carefully cleaned to ensure proper heat dissipation and stored in a dry, well-ventilated location.
